I know that this is going to ruffle a lot of feathers on this board, and that is okay.....
STOP WHINING!!!!!!!
I am reading forum after forum of people whining, it is driving me crazy! This is supposed to be a place to learn and educate others. What I find is a lot of bellyaching. You would think that we are kids in a schoolyard and someone just stole your ball.
There are no secrets to this business. The paths to get in vary, but there is one common denominator, HARD WORK.
No one handed anyone anything. Especially if you are a newbie. I bet if every person that has assets shared how they received those assets, it would be through hard work. Tenacity, persistence, goals, I don't know......WORK!
Stop your bellyaching and get working. Somewhere there is a crack that you can slip through and get that coveted prize of an reo listing. Stop being the normal Joe Blow realtor who wants to be a great realtor, but will not do the work to get it.
My mother always taught me that when you are pointing your finger at someone else, there are more of your own fingers pointing back at you. If what you are doing is not working, try something else. Otherwise, you are living in insanity. Isn't that the definition? To keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
There are many suggestions on this forum and others. Take the time, read the directions, the answers are there, I promise.
There is not a person in this forum that is not capable. Take a look inside and see what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong and then try some change.

Same in this business, if it doesn't go perfect the 1st time - give 110 the next - you are already ahead of the game, you know what went wrong before. Doesn't do you or anyone else any good complaining about it. NOTE: asking a question for explanation is a whole new ball game
I tried to express this very concern yesterday in a general and (I intended) magnanimous way, and it just turned into a NEW big and dumb discussion.
Social media is, for better or for worse, organic, and hard to control. What we love about it is that very thing. Yet, it's also what we don't like: the dilution of a good thing with people who just wanna get in and say *something.*
I guess we take it or leave it.
I love this site, but I feel it is being weighed down by redundancy and cynicism.
