I didn't see any listings in CA. Anyone in northern CA selling for them? That's a lot of money for nothing...

Laurie, I spoke to them this week and they were open and honest about not having any listings in my area right now. I know of another agent who signed up, it's about $1400 to sign up, and he got a listing right away. Where are you located?
