LOOKING FOR BPO COMPANY

I started doing BPO’s for IAS in October 2011. I received my first listing from them in December 2011. I did not get my first check until March 2012 after I completed over 70+ BPO's.....UNACCEPTABLE!  I am now 90+ days out for payment again.  Since October I have completed 278 BPO's for IAS and had 2 listings.  The first listing took from December to March to close due to issues.  I received another assignment from them in late March, to this date it has not been listed once again due to unforeseen issues.  I am grateful for the listings but I am ready to throw in the towel because I can't keep completing BPO’s and not getting paid on time.  I started off doing BPO's for $50 for interior and $45 for exteriors. They have since cut the fees back on both of these and I have seen my orders drop.  I contacted one of the Timeline Specialist to find out what was going on an she stated they have a preferred agent in my area that does the BPO's at a much reduced fee so she they have to be selective on giving me assignments now.  I don't see how anyone would want to go any lower for BPO's considering the time and gas you have to put into them.  I went back and started reading blogs from agents several years back and it does not seem like IAS has become any better at paying agents on time.  I am at the end of the rope with them.  I have been trying to hold on with them since they did send me 2 listings but I’ve got to pay bills now.  If anyone knows of any companies that are paying on time and has a volume of BPO's to assign I would appreciate any information.  I must say I really love Old Republic.   I receive payment within a week from them but they only assign BPO's on a first come basis.  If I am out in the field it is hard to sign onto their site and accept an order before some sitting in an office monitoring their site accepts it.   I need a company like IAS that actually assigns BPO's directly but pays the agent for work completed.   ANY IDEAS?

  • If you are looking for a steady source of BPO company, check out Corelogic, Equity Pointe, Specialized Asset Management, and Old Republic Title

    • Hi Crystal, thank you for your suggestions. I was trying forever to get an answer from FARVV (Corelogic), I did send my ap/ 4 times already. Or maybe they are very busy lately. Help me please. Thanks one more time. Dario Villalba.

      • I will just contact PANEL inquiring if they have too many agents and not enough work near your office.

I got in when someone actually called me asked me if I can speak to Spanish only home owners to do an interior. I wrote the BPO in poor Spanish. After snatching 15 projects, they put you on auto-assign including REO asset manager approval if your grades are outstanding. A year ago I was getting  5-8 a day. This year some other companies got the bulk order.  I receive 2-3/week this summer.

I signed up with enough to balance my work. Last year was Corel Logic this year it is LPS. This is especially good to stay busy as our profession can be slow in the winter.  I will avoid EvaluationSol'n although I have not got any calls for awhile. Unlike others I always get paid by them.

  • Goodman Dean and I do alot with Rels/ Corelogic they pay every week... Keep in mind these are just BPO mills...

    • Hi Nikki - Goodman Dean is an asset management company and they do assign listings. So don't be surprised if one of these days you end up with a Goodman Dean REO assignment!

    • Thanks Nikki,

I will try these.  IAS has started paying agents 90 days out, that does not work for me. How many BPO's do you average per weeek with these companies.

  • Try Clear Capital for paid orders, you should get paid every 1st and 15th.  Shoot me an email at foxxandassociates@gmail.com and I will send you a PDF list of companies as well, too much to re-type here.

    • Hello Rick,

You posted on July 17 that you have a list of BPO's companies.  Can you please share it? My email is : dariovillalba@keyes.com. Thank you very much.

      Dario Villalba.
