99% of companies that require an upfront payment are garbage!

I received nothing after paying the big money. Really disappointed in all the companies that sell their companies. Are any companies good?

I got a listing after being signed up for one year. They (LendersREO) were great to work with, priced competitively, and the property closed in a week. I have a good relationship with the AM now, and do anticipate more business from them if they have the inventory. It was a US Bank property.

I also have gotton nothing. They did call me and mention I should do more advertising with them with an additional fee. I told them that an agent in my area called be and ask me if I have gotton anything from them also. He had been with them for 2 years with nothing. That was pretty cleaver for an agent to ask around before siging up again. I will not sign up a second year.

yes, great company to work with. They do REOs but I only had bpos. Pay good and easy format.
