I'm going to be ordering the BPO Automation software/ Auto Accept for BPO'S . And will be getting the Auto Fill in for BPO Forms. But wanted to check with anyone who may already be using this program and if you could share your experience. Some weeks I'm doing over 20 BPO's a week and the Auto Fill In would come in handy and would really cut down on the time it takes to pull all those comps, and upload pic's. I know some agents that are RAVING about this system and are completing BPO's in less than 20 mintues with the BPO Auto Fill in Software. Please share!!

  • Hey,

We are a team of people having experience in manually accepting new BPO orders for most of BPO companies. We are very prompt in accepting orders when they are posted and can accept orders on your behalf for companies like RRReview, Atisource (Ocwen), Clear capital, OLD Republic, Equi-trax, SAM, Proteck, Corelogic, Emortgagelogic, BPO Fulfillment (Mainstreet Val.), Inside Valuations, GoodmanDean, Woodfinn etc.. and other companies.

We have one year experience and very high success rate in accepting new orders. There is no automated software used, We constantly monitor your email for new order and immediately accept new order when it is available, we do it manually and it is legitimate. We can provide you free service for a day or two if you are interested and accept some orders for you.

You would pay for accepted orders only, no additional costs. If order is canceled later you don't need to pay for it.

You can leave all your worries on us for accepting orders, please shoot me an email bpoorderaccept@gmail.com

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you.

  • I can shine some light on this. Some agents have outsourced players overseas to watch and regenerate screens so they can grab BPOs as they are posted. This is faster than any BPO acceptor program. The programming on an acceptor program takes about one minute to grab BPOs and when a real person is hitting the regen button they can see it instantly and grab it that fast from email or within a system. I know some people that are outsourcing and they are big shops doing it but there are small ones doing this too. At Realty Pilot we try to block overseas IP addresses from access but we can't get them all. Also if you are talking about local agents grabbing them remember these are blasts that go out to thousands of agents at one time. It becomes a lottery if you aren't at the computer the moment they are published.

I can also personally say that Jose is absolutely correct. Clients do not like the auto acceptor software. I am well acquainted with most BPO company execs and they all dislike the thought an agent is not in charge of their volume. The best way is to talk or email a valuation representative for your area and explain why you are valued and how well you can do a BPO. This will cause them to directly assign BPOs to you. Also answer your phone, they do call.

  • This post turned into a M to M discussion.

Who is using an auto accept software and what do you think of it?

Who is using an auto form fill software and what do you think of it?
  • Michelle,

This technology is still in its infantile stage and is very difficult to work with unless you are familiar with "macros" technology. I have been working closely with Nicole Ocean of www.BPO-Automation.com and have watched as she's gained an understanding of it. She works with this technology full-time now as a consultant because it's so difficult. Now she's so backed up with orders that the reinforcements are having to be sent in.

If you choose to use this technology, and I personally would opt for it (maybe not auto-accepts since companies are checking IP addresses now and blacklisting those they catch using it), but not without having it installed for me.

    Hope this helps,

    • Thanks Dan! I've been trying to get in touch with Nicole before buying her software, but never got a call back. But this information does help.
      • I Michelle, did you ever find a BPO software that accepts the orders and allow you to complete the BPO in a much faster time? Currently it takes me about 3 hours to do one BPO in addition to the Photos.

    • I have been trying to get in cotact with Nicole Ocean or any of her staff members, to make sure I can do this right. I understand the issue of the auto acceptance, but I don't see the harm on auto complete, after all I am the one choosing the comps and the pictures, so it is like hiring a data entry clerk to do that for me.
  • Yes don't do it! I have had emails from some of my vendors telling me not to use any "auto software".

I currently do 80 and as high as 130 BPOs per month. Being a "techie" computer guy I have figured out a way to do most reports in about 35 minutes. The small $45 reports I have done in 15 minutes (Barring trouble finding suitable comparables :) )

The trick is to create a system and just follow it religiously.

Maybe I'll shoot a quick video and show you guys what I do :)

Market in Phoenix right now is crazy! Hard to keep up with the BPOs :).
  • I have been doing the BPOs the old fashioned way, but the auto acceptance software that others are using is knocking me out of some work. The only way we can level the playing field is if everyone complains to the managers. I am more interested in automating repititious information and that would be a tool worth investing in. I can not see any way around being hands on with the evaluation prtion of a BPO as most homes are different from each other. Cut-paste-edit is the only other way. Maintain some standard language, then edit it. If you shortcut it and it continues to sound the same, some companies will find someone else to do their BPOs. Any bank will start to ask for someone else to do it.
  • Hi Michelle,
What software is it that you are talking about. Where do you buy it and did you try it for yourself? Hope you can help me with this.
