  • Yes, good company, pay very timely, work with you on order location, pay is low, but can be a good filler company when waiting for higher dollar BPO companies.

    •  I use to do BPO's for Inside Valuation but stopped because they had Realtors taking low fees, Then they would expect me to. Honestly I think anyone that does a BPO for less than 50 dollars is selling themselves short. Your time is worth at least that.

      • I totally agree.  These BPO companies are getting 3 times or more of what they are paying us. Most of the companies that used to pay $65 or $75 for BPO are now offering the agents $40 for exterior no matter the distance to the subject. There are hungry agents that are selling themselves short/cheap.  I lost some BPO companies because I did not agreed to do bpo for $40.  Agents that are doing bpo for $40 are causing the BPO industries to lower their price especially if they can find agents who will do bpo's for $40.

Inside Valuation is one of the companies that lowered their price on BPO's.

  • they do not pay, I had to threaten them to get my money and refuse to work for them, I got paid 60.00 for BPO's, do not sell yourself cheap and I would be careful of working for htem

  • After not hearing from inside Valuation for over a year, they sent me an exterior rush BPO order. I completed the order on time but they wanted me to value the property at the listing price. The listing was overpriced. I came as close as possible with the comps that was available.  Since I wouldn't value the house at the listing price, they kept rejecting the order for other things in which they couldn't explain exactly what they wanted.  I called them several times but they will never returned my calls.  All of a sudden, they told me to log in to my account for the clarification. The clarification states 'The order has been cancelled without pay'.  I asked them to let me remove my info from the data entry form but she claimed once she cancelled the order, I coundn't make any changes to the report.  The order was sent to me  on Saturday. I worked on this BPO Sunday to get this rush order out by early Monday morning.  I had commentary explaining how I arrived at my value and any guidelines I had to  extend.  I finally got a chance to speak with a girl in QA named Courtney.  She still couldn't explain to me why the order was really cancelled. It seems as if they were trying to get a FREE bpo. Well they did!!   Has anyone else had any dealing with this company in this matter? I will  never do another BPO for this company. Yes the form was kind of long.

    • I use the closest comp and your value should not be bracketed. You can state in the commentary you are the local expert and can not be influenced and list your credentials. Often I find comps are so consistent($) that they back away. I suspect your problem has to be with the comps selected, not consistent, not same style or too far.

      • I think they agreed to the $65 fee with no intention of paying me.  I don't do bpo's for $40. When they 1st sent the bpo to me, they wanted me to do it for $40.  I told them I will do it for $65.  They agreed to the fee with no intention of paying me that is the reason they cancelled my order without pay.

I advise anyone to watch out for this company.  They will not pay. THEY WILL NOT PAY.

  • It is usually 30 days. I have never not gotten paid by them and I have worked with them for about 2 years.

  • Thanks maybe I will take a look at them.

    • As long as your not traveling far I think its worth it.
