I just received a phone call from 302-504-6693. They claimed to have an reo for me and was going to place the property with me.
They also claim there is no fee. We shall see. Anyone else receive a call from this phone number recently?

Run like you never ran before!!!!! Scam Scam Scam.... Page 2 of the welcome package states you can get a refund for any reason. If you paid demand your money back. I got mine back after I set them up on auto email every minute to refund my money and within 45 minutes I had accounting calling me to stop auto email and they have refunded my money. Read about them, its a scam and I was suckered for about 8 hours. DO NOT PAY them. if you did then good luck.
