I need a strategy to obtain Tenant/Lease information on an REO property that has been recently assigned to me. I have no names or phone numbers, only the street address. The owners hired a PM company to manage it and it's in an HOA. Neither the PM company or HOA is willing to provide the tenants' names.
What have been some good ways to get the tenant/lease info that you've used in the past? Do we still knock on doors and talk to neighbors?

I think so. No harm to show tenants your proof see if tenants are coop. Or go back to lenders asking for direction first.
