I was thinking the same thing when it was going on! I think that things will pick up for real estate pros in the Houston area shortly. I know there is a process and that there will be ups and downs for the amounts of BPO's and REO's as well as there might be more work for some clients / banks than others. I'd guess that things will start moving here shortly for REO's and BPO's quicker.
I'm excited for the real estate professionals in the Houston area even though the reason for the surge in work is extremely sad!

Probably a condition report for FEMA to validate damage. The compensation is like not getting paid.
