I never done a BPO, but I can see how many people are not getting pay for their work.
it is time to STOP all this companies.

Place a lien on the property(ies) and file a small claims suit. You will win by default because 100% of the companies will not show up in court. Once the company is served with papers they will more than likely mail out a check, but do not deposit the check and still go to court. Otherwise you will be out the lien filing and court fees.
No lawyer will take a case unless there is a substantial amount of money involved.
