I have been performing BPOs for about a year now and have been licensed for about 3.5 years.

I am a preferred BPO agent with Servicelink (formerly LPS).  I started taking orders from Mainstreet because they pay more per exterior BPO.

I currently have about $880.00 in outstanding "completed and accepted" BPO orders that have not been paid.  I did e-mail correspond with a "Wendy", but she has not responded to my Excel spreadsheet outlining the BPO orders due.

Has anybody had experience with this company, and if so, did you run into the same issue?

Were you able to amicably resolve it?

Thanks!

Chuck

  • Towards the end of MainStreet Valuations (MSV) they were taking 60 days to pay. But, since becoming BPOFulfillment, my last few BPOs took 90 days to get paid. I still have 4 more outstanding with them and we are going on 90 days again. They are now on my bad list since they have become more difficult to accept orders, are paying less for BPOs and taking longer to pay.

And it's sad to have them go down that road because I use to do hundreds of BPOs a month for them under MSV.
