I used to do a good amount of BPOs for this company, but I haven't seen any lately. They used to give REOs as well. I guess they are alive, but they sent me an e-mail asking me for a background check. Has anyone received Listings in the last year? If you are doing BPOs who is their main client?

    Yes they do pay by check very quickly.

    How does Goodman Dean pay? ACH transfer or mail check?

      GoodmanDean Pay by check. They pay very quickly, usually get paid within 2 weeks of bpo completion.,

    I do valuations for them all the time. I've completed six this month ... I inquired about REOs earlier this month and was told that their main workload is in BPOs. Good company, pays well and easy to work with.

     I used to do a lot of BPO's 5-8 month, nothing in the last 60-70 days. What in the world is going on

    They are still around. I use to do a lot of BPOs for them, but the amount has slowed down in my area. I did a couple recently and just got a check from them yesterday.
