So, I have run into a snag with completing BPO's and MSR's on my MacBook. Equator Tech Support and AppleCare tell me everything is set properly and should be working but, IT DOESN'T. I get to the bottom of the report ready to upload photos and nothing happens when I click the button OR try to save for later. Apple says it should open in separate window then save to the website when ready but, it doesn't work. Any one have this issue and fix it that could guide me through it?

I also have the same problem using my Mac, so I too just switch to windows to do it. Hope they get compatible with Mac soon:O)
I have the same issues with my IMac and Macbook pro. I just use Parallels Desktop to run windows and complete my BPOs, MMRs.
