CollateralXP Legit?

I keep getting these emails from CollateralXP. Are they legit? I can't remember singing up with them

You have some pending requirements to have your account ready to receive automated payments in our platform. Please, log in into our portal, go to your profile, and fulfill each following pendency
- Send us your W9 Form
- Complete your Stripe onboarding. Click the link below to get redirected to Stripe.

    i get them too and i delete them. I couldn't figure out where they were coming from. Glad to know I am not alone.

    Look them up on LinkedIn and decide. I looked under their "people" and none of them are based out of the US. In addition, it is showing they are a tech company. If I am wrong, please let me know. I would be leery...
