I recieved a call a few months ago asking me to Join there network, they told me they are looking for agents to do BPO's and property rental reviews. Its sounds like they manage some of the Fannie Rental properties in certain areas of the country. I signed up it was free of charge and took the required class but havent recieved any work. Anyone working with this company?

Carrington is a mortgage servicer and has some REO inventory. They now have their in house realty co. Assuming it is the same company.
They want to sell their own REO inventory. Typ the property serves as short term rentals while it is a REO listing. You get to list it as an agent but most $ is shared with Carrington brokers. It sounds like an offer do their own internal BPOs. They do use outside independent validation.
I get BPO's from them through an outsourcer Old Republic and they assign me Fannie Mae bpo property.
