Does anyone have any contacts for buying some reo's in bulk. I have a cash investor that would like to purchase numerous proeprties. I have asked all of my asset managers and none of them are able to give me any guidance.

Suggest you ask for proofs like bank statements. Many investors want to low ball.
Banks will not touch such small dollar acquisition. In California it is like buying a couple of homes.
You do better at auctions if you client trusts your judgment. Out of 10, some are in very good condition and some needs repairs.
