    I was burned by this company before but they are calling me every month to sign up for their lead program.

      How about this one....I go through and call every previous buyer Ive had... and old files that were serviced by agents no longer w/ us...... I contact them 4 times a year and I get about a 10% return..... not too shabby for a warm lead and its FREEEEEE!!

    Marqueze,

    I know what your saying about the lead services. They are all way over priced and it takes alot of them to get ROI back. It would be great to have one out there that can really do what what they say they can. Remax Corp. is running a pay per click add along with Caldwell Banker Corp. now. I see thier adds in my area. I was wondering what kind of leads they were getting. My area is very competitive with pay per clicks. I'm running 3 seperate adds myself.

    Be very careful if you do buy a lead source, it can break you very quickly.

      Joseph thank you for the info. Years ago I signed up with lead to realty and paid $29.99 for sometimes . Got one lead went to closing. And that was it.

    RE/MAX! I am not pumping my company but I get at least 10 leads a day min with RE/MAX. Out of those 10, 1 may be hot. Lately out of 10, 4 have been hot. Closed 3 from leads this year. Research your company and see what it is that can improve. I have paid for leads and will not do it again. House Buyer Network, $25,000.00 gone! Never again....

      Thank you Marqueze for valuable information. I used to get a lead from remix once every 4 to 5 months but it is not there any more. I am going to look into it again. Any adivse ? My e mail is zubaria@zubaria.com

    I pretty new to the REO business and i'm trying to break into it so i need alot of help on it. But for the retail side of buyer lead companies there are the "big 3" Tiger leads, Boomtown and Realty Generator. All three are very good but the are expensive also. As with most lead generators you have to milk the leads for a few months until conversion.
