  • I am considering signing up with ABF, but feel the fees are very high. I would like to know if anyone has received a listing from them before I spend more money on another site.
    • Hi Francesca,
I left the email below yours for Megan on this and several other sights. She has either not answered or said she is now to busy to answer any questions. I hope you haven't signed up with these shisters yet. Please see below my response regarding her signing off and too busy for any questions any longer.

Megan, you should be ashamed of yourself? I have been reading your posts on every REO forum out there for several months, you have always had the time to tout ABF, forgive me if I call Bullsh**! The first time someone asks you a real question about ABF that should be easily answered you use the old "I'm too busy now" line. Shame on you and ABF. Apparently it's time to get out of the fake REO business. I hope all of the Realtors who have paid you their hard earned money in good faith either get the answers to my questions or a refund of the money they trusted you with. There should be a law against people like you and ABF.
      • After careful thought and reading all of these responses I realized that $99.00 a month for one zip code was more than I wanted to spend. There are so many scam artists on line that I have learned to hold on to my money when something sounds easy. Thank you for all of our input.
  • Hi Magan,
I signed up with ABF in December 2008, completed all the training, and have been paying the monthly fee for the e-sign program since.
I have received monthly emails stating they are "working on getting us listings",but I have not seen anything yet, nor have I received an update (or anything else) from ABF since 3/10/09 when they reworked their zip code system.
I have emailed support@abfnetwork.com with no reply.
When I signed up for this in December of 2008, we were told this would be up and running by Feb 2009???
I was ready and willing to wait, and I am generally a patient person (Short Sales have taught me this!!!lol), but here it is, April 2009 almost gone, and nothing received, not even an explaination.

    • Sorry to tell you, but ABF is no more. They did not have the money, and they never even got the first Bank Contract. I know, as I had signed up from the beginning, and know the people that are in the office. They are located in Irvine, and are just going to do something else. A real scam. I would warn anyone and everyone, also there are several law suit filed against them, from what I hear. The address is 2302 Martin, Irvine Ca 92618 Janese Dale is the CEO and Serry Applebee is the COO. Not good.
  • this forum got so quiet.
has anyone signed up and had positive or negative experience yet? i've been considering it for awhile, but have the same concerns, but i'm still thinking about it.
Have any listings been released yet, Megan? pretty sure the last i heard, you were planning to release in april? have you had many more sign ups, or any changes?
maybe you can give us an update on how things are going.
    thank you.
  • I see both sides and my only concern is that we hope it will work...
  • Hi Megan:

I have zip codes in Santa Ana & Anaheim do you think there will be any assignments in April or is it looking more like sometime in May? Please advise when your time permits.

    • Hi Vince,
Did you ever hear back from Megan? I have not heard anything from Megan since I posted my question more than a week ago.

  • I think LaDawn you have great tolerance to risk. I think that this could be the greatest, but could also be the biggest Ponzi scheme ever. Who knows? if there is no disclosure, and they would like you to pay up front. I think Bill has some legitimate concerns and they should be addressed prior to signing up.
