Has anyone had problems being paid by Mark to Market. They have been giving me various reasons ( glitch in system, acquired by another company and working out problems, etc.).

Don't pay delinquent water bills for Skyhill

REO companies paying 1.25% commission

I rejected a listing that went to auction and the commission was 1.25%. Selling broker 1.25%. Buyer also pays auction fee of 5% if he is the winning bid. The auction had to be attended by all parties at the property.

HAFA question - request for mortgage assistance form

Short sale negotiator at lender asked if borrower want to accept or decline a HAFA review.

Any benefit to declining, or accepting?  There is no 2nd mortgage in the way, so there is no need for the HAFA incentive to the 2nd to release the lien.
