  • No, but I got an email from them this morning saying I had been approved to complete my profile. The email included a username and password to access their system. The username and password did not work. I don't remember ever signing up with them and they seem to have a course that I assume you have to take that costs $349.00
    • VRM does have a class for Certified REO Specialist. As a matter of fact, they are coming to Detroit Sept. 9 and 10 to do a class here. This is a result of NAREB not Five Star this time. Their certification is recognized nationally. If you are a member of NAREB, this class is part of our registration fee at the Regional conferences and the national conference. National Association of Real Estate Brokers is a national organization with 88 chapters nationally. We also have diversified to have Asian and Hispanic chapters. I highly recommend this class; the instructor is excellent and knows his business and how to do good BPOs. VRM (Vendor Resource Management) manages properties for the government. You can look them up online at www.vrmco.com
      • I signed up with them back in June ,10. I have user id and password. But they have not asked me to do the course yet?. That means I am not approved as a listing agent?.
        • Hi Zubaria,

Did they approve you as an approved VRM vendor? Are you approved? when they gave you your password and Id.
      • Yes, LJ is the bomb (the instructor). I highly recommend anyone taking the class if the opportunity presents itself. If you are in a local market of a NAREB chapter, join, and you will receive a discount because of your membership. BTW, VRM's largest client is Freddie Mac.
        • Hi Shawneequa, my name is Lou (I am new to this site) after reading this forum, no one states if they are an approved vendor through VRM. Are you a VRM approved vendor? Have you receive work from them? I am busy applying to all REO co. Wanted to know if it is worthwile to apply to them.
