Here is a question and opinion I am wondering for long time and getting frustrated … There are many companies as especially BPO where I did sign up directly through their website. I am getting some business or not and it is easy to understand. Some REO site are requiring in their application an MLA (Master Listing Agreement) signed by the broker with additional information such as contacts. I did a few of these and never get anything. Is this possible the business will go directly to my broker who is entitled to do what ever he wants with “his” listing and assign then to who ever he likes ? Any opinion or shared experience will be appreciated.
