Hi Y'all!I've been following all the discussions regarding various REO companies. I was also contacted by AMS, but still have not joined due to the fact that I felt the $200.00 fee was not mentioned up front and my skepticism kicked in. I've been contacted by yet another REO company and wondered if anyone out there has heard of American Buys Foreclosures? I've received a number of emails from them, but when I went through the sign-up, I found they wanted every agent to go through their schooling for $190.00, then another $150.00 for joining, then so much per month. If an agent were given an REO in a certain zip code and wanted more listings in that zip, the agent would have to pay $99.00 per month? Doesn't sound good to me, but wondered if anyone else out there has been contacted or if anyone has ever heard of this company. These discussions are invaluable by the way! Thanks to everyone.
