Anyone heard of A&A Infotech Solutions?

Is this allowed?  I got this e-mail from them today and I don't believe this is an accepted practice.  Any thoughts?

    From running an outsourcing company I can honestly say that technology is enabling us to cross borders on how much work can actually be completed via outsourcing.  Our system uses technology to upload the neighborhood search data from an MLS, select comparables, and data entry.  Agents/Brokers have the accessibility to review the comparables/final values chosen and can easily narrate the swapping out of any comparables/final values from the neighborhood set if they see fit.  Ultimately we do not submit orders unless our clients "Mark to Submit", meaning they are satisfied with the work which has been performed.  Agents are obligated to place their name on the 6 comparables and a final value with the companies, but all technical work can be outsourced.  Valuation companies may impose their own company rules and if broken they can give you the boot, but I have rarely seen this happen.  Valuation companies secretly need the outsourcing companies because we are one of the only entities which have the capacity to provide enough manpower to fulfill large portfolio drops and maintain tight deadlines.

    Personally I would be a little wary of companies which boast a number of monthly BPO's they process.  Any company can process a lot of BPO's, its how long a company can build and sustain accounts with existing clients which really matters.  We have been running the same accounts with many of our clients for years.  We make outsourcing very easy, profitable for the agents in our network due to our competitive rates, and our pipeline is completely free to use.     • OCWEN is not a BPO company.   Do you offer the 2 Altisource Realtrans forms?

        Yes we have both forms for Ocwen, as well as other companies which have multiple forms such as Clear Capital, Core Logic, Proteck, etc.

        • Ocwen is not a BPO company. I don't understand why you keep saying that you have Ocwen forms.

          • Correct, Altisource was spun off in late 2012.  A lot of these companies change names faster than we can change in our system because the names are also hard coded into the forms and pipeline. We would need to disable parts of our site for such updates and haven't done that yet and its a little difficult being 24/7.
