I know where is a discussion done previously, but I'd like to know current opinion on what is going with BASN. I did sign up with them and It didn't cost me anything. I stopped doing their assignments (not REOs) but pre foreclosures. They wanted me to do mailings, updated BPOs and so on. I thought it was too much work without guarantee of getting the listings. What they were asking me to do, I could do it myself without being on my back with updates and BPOs.
Anyone has done business with them?
