LSI now Servicelink

just got more than 25 bpo orders  from LPS, LSI  and they are now ServiceLink. I have never worked for ServiceLink

Am I safe to do this work?  Does ServiceLink have a good payment history?

Any feedback appreciated.  .

  • SAME COMPANY just merged with Service Link, good company pay twice a month  those payments are for the previous month.  Been with them since they started as Market Intelligence.

  • I have just signed up with them. How good are their fees for exteriors in areas where there are not too many agents?

    • John, I have done work for both Service Link and LPS for the past 8 years.  I have never had a problem getting paid.  Service Link has pretty much turned over all their orders to LPS.  LPS issues checks and usually pays within 30 days.  Their forms are pretty simple and easy.  I normally get $50 per exterior BPO.  Occasionally if the property is more than 20 miles they will up the fees to $60.  Hope this helps!

      • Thanks Sandy ! it does help !

  • the bill through LPS desktop and a real pain to mess with and many times can get lost and go 45-60 days out, unless you stay on top of it, checking status in system and if says check requested and not approved for a while, email them and they clear up

  • Greetings, I've done BPOs for Servicelink for some years and they do pay on-time. They just went to a new payment system to send the money to your bank account.
    • Works great, too!! They email when deposit is made!

  • I just went to their website.  Even if they pay, it will be a major hassle to sign up.  They require copy of drivers license, background check, resume, licenses on EVERY AGENT in the office.

    • The background check is something new. I've been with Powerlink and now Servicelink for years. They just requested I do one and I haven't yet because I'm a licensed real estate agent through our Commission so I don't have anything that prevented me from getting or keeping my license; I don't mind doing one background but it needs to be across-the-board acceptable to all BPO companies so we don't have to do it over and over again, plus we are required to pay for it. Oh well, that might be the cost of doing business, what do you think.
  • They are a very good company to work. Have worked with them over the past 10 yrs+ never experienced a problem one. Staff is very helpful and friendly as well.
