I have tried to take this training a couple of times but the sound has been intolerable and the illustrations blurry. The sound is tinny, echo(y), and popping sounds come directly from the microphone. I have very good speakers and an excellent monitor. I have used my systems for live phone conferences, web conferences, and 'pre-recorded' training with no problem. My complaint gets the response that no one else has ever complained.
I also do not understand why they have to have this live. I have requested that they make it online any time. I think I would appreciate my $700 or so expense more if that would happen.
One of their leaving clients has started their own company platform that I haven't viewed yet. Their online any time training was wonderful. It had just the right amount of narrative, reading, animation, quizzes, and testing. Some of it even had some Res.net form illustrations that were very clear.
Anybody else taken this Res.net training? What was your experience. Did it make you more efficient on Res.net?

Res.net's other online training is very good. I just don't understand why this has to be live.
