I had some bad experience with Homepath have you?.
I made numerous offer with no luck. The last one was a property that was been in the market since August without an offer and when I made my offer I received a multiple offer notice. I have a feeling that they holding all FHA first time buyers offer and waiting on cash offers.
Homepath and Fannie Mae are promoting these properties for first time owners but our FHA offer have zero chances because they are waiting for the cash offers.
I will like you to share your experiences and opinions.
