Do you know who these lenders use for processing their defaulted / REO inventory?  In house or AMCs?

They all have NODs filed in my area.  I checked Jesse's REO Co list and Nicole's and another one I found on line, but I did not see these companies listed.

PNC - formely National City Mortgage

Western Sunrise / Crossland

First Franklin

AM Trust Bank /  EverBank/EverHome
