People Don't click often to get those New offers - they WILL block your IP Address - You will get this Error Message - They also started broadcasting at different times depending on where you are 1AM to 3AM as well- Yesterday was a mega day! Ocwen is also going to ask you top fill out their form about which IP Address you are logging in from...(hmmm)...they are clamping down on people with auto-Accept software, people!...When you call them too..., by the way..the official line is that some brokers are experiencing (the disruption )and others are not.. because they are phasing it from broker or to broker..that's nonsense...they are making big changes..not positive ones..
Some Tips-
You have to click new offers and cycle back to the top of the frame (work station button and not less than a variance of 2.146- 4.129 seconds-we've tested this as an acceptable tolerance level) if you click too fast their server blocks your IP address thinking you are an auto acceptor. (more than 4 fast contiguous clicks in a row) You will not be able to even see new offers until it resets your IP- - Ocwen has spent the last 4 weeks trying to change their system since the Saxon influx...( I know this because one of our service centers in Bangalore very very close to them..and they have IT staff working round the clock to fix/change/ their servers...) - I could tell you other things on how to get around it but I would tell you privately jsingh@theameritaxway.com- they would probably sue me! -
Or you could just sign up with Corelogic, Emortgage, and Protek, RRReview, Valuation Partners and others, Then you will not have to go chasing $15 by the time you're done with time and gas! ( I can send a list of better companies too- ahhh for free as well- NOT a SOLICITATION)

I think it's a good thing that they block auto-accepting software. I stopped doing BPO's 2 years ago because someone would auto-accept the orders in my area before I even received the broadcast email. Makes it fair for everyone.
