•          For the REO VIP event we have room for 96 attendees.  There are 74 approved REO agents and 30 on the wait list.

•          This is an opportunity for us to reach out to each agent in person for the invite and get a feel for their commitment in using us and us using them.

•          Pre-Marketing to the REO agents.  Event related as well as industry education topics.  i.e. bankofamerica.com/realestateagent

•          Post marketing and relationship building activities should be executed by each MLO to the approved REO agent.  Lender Office emails, direct mail, and keep an eye out for educational opportunities.

•          We also need to be on the lookout for approved REO agents and anything they’re speaking to that hurts our reputation.

  • Dude, just go and talk to whoever you can without being to eager. Be cool, as Joni Mitchell once said. I have gone to these and BofA has given me over 150 REO listings over the years. But those listings had nothing to do with going to this sort of event.  So I don't go for the listings, I go to stay on top of the current issues. You will learn a lot about trending issues in REO if you go and listen to what the speakers say. I got BofA listings back 3 years ago by faithfully doing Countrywide BPO's, that's all. One day I got the infamous "you have been identified as listing agent for..."  emails.
  • I got invited!  I'm going !
  • Jerry, how did you get in with BOA. Did you have a loan officer to get you in or did you just fill out an application. Thanks for sharing. Alina
    • Yes I did Alina. The loan officer I work with pushed my application.
      • Good job Jerry...... I'm sure you'll make to that network, just accept my offers:)))
  • Good luck to you. I'm hoping and praying in Chicago.
    • Thanks Brent!
