I had the initial trial period, and decided I would upgrade when my Membership became due again.  Figured it gave me the opportunity to upload notes, comments, photos, county documents, etc. to the specific property portal in RES.NET for my Asset Manager, Asset Specialist, HOA Specialist, etc. to all retriev/view, etc.

Come to find out, that's a complete let down!  Grrrr!  I uploaded photos, property appraiser info, HOA info, tax info, etc. all on a property and my A/M and A/S and HOA rep cannot see SQUAT.

So my A/S decided to find out why she couldn't get access to anything I had been uploading.  I even took a pic with my phone of my screen and sent it to her so she knew I wasn't losing my mind (LOL).  She emailed RES.NET and this was what they had to say:

"awwww… common agent mistake.  The gallery tab is specific to the agent only, no one else can see what is uploaded.  If the agent wants you to see it they need to upload photos or docs into a task that you open…  The ‘baller’ membership is awesome for the agents, it gives them additional fields and tabs to either market their own properties or to keep additional data on an REO in RES.NET, unfortunately, it is limited to the agent only…

Needless to say, this is quite disappointing.  I would have hoped that the extra "benefits" of the upgraded membership, which require an extra fee, and extra work, would at least be transposed to be beneficial to my clients that I am servicing!  I mean ultimately, THAT is the reason why the upgraded membership had any added appeal to me.  So that I stood out to my A/M, A/S, etc. by being able to provide them an upgraded feeling, an upgraded service, all on the upgraded membership...

So I'm a bit disappointed with that part, but I'll reserve my observations of any of the additional features provided me by the upgrade, until I have ample time to put them to use and see if it happens to help me generate additional biz.

RES.NET: If you're reading this, you should really work at allowing this additional information to be portrayed to the client(s) that the Agent(s) are servicing!  Would be more appealing to more A/M's, A/S's and Agents like myself one would think.
