HOW TO GET HOME PATH/FANNIE MAE LISTINGS

Hello every one

 

In my area which is Virginia most of the listings are from Home Path/ Fannie Mae or VHDA.

Pleaseeee can someone tell me how to get in to their system. I have signed up with many companies but no result yet. I really really want to be in their prefered agenr list. Can any one please help me with that. My e mail is zubaria@zubaria.com

    I know that locally (in FL) our Fannie Mae outsourcer is using Equator. That may be of assistance, also. Good luck!

    I'm licensed in VA too but sell primarily in PG County (MD). I didn't realize Fannie, Freddie, and HUD were the primary REO properties in Northern, VA until now. More than half of the properties are condos too. I had success signing up with one of their outsourcers. They have 16 of them. I'd continue to pursue that angle if I were you.
