Green River Capital (GRC) is in the early stages of building our Commercial Agent Database and we believe there is no better place to start our recruiting than with our Preferred Agent Network. We trust your experience, knowledge and judgment and are looking for your recommendations.

If you or someone you know is a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent who would like to work with GRC on the completion of Commercial BPOs and/or disposition of Commercial REO assets, we want to hear from you. Please only refer those that may qualify with the following:

CCIM Certified
SIOR Certified
Five+ years of commercial real estate sales experience (2 years minimum of distressed commercial sales)
Minimum of $10M in annual sales

Marqueze, why don't you find a broker in your area, and partner with them. Most commercial brokers do not have REO experience. I am sure they are intelligent enough to learn that end of the business, you can teach them. Commercial sales have been impacted by the general economic conditions of the past few years, and lack of available financing. This may be a perfect opportunity for you to expand your REO team with a hungry experienced commercial agent.
