Does anyone out there get any REO listings from Goodman Dean? Especially in the N. Georgia area? I have completed a few BPO's over the years for them & got a call for a rush order today which I accepted (they caught me on a good, not so busy day). I asked if Goodman Dean assigns REO listings in my area & the lady said yes. Thank you for your response in advance.
