Well, as I said some months ago, if you haven’t gotten on the Titanium band wagon…well you may be missing out and now, that can’t be more truer than ever. In a recent effort to make all their HRC (Housing Retention Consultant / Realtors) FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practice Act) compliant it was announced that Titanium is working on bringing on new banks and in conjunction, opening a REO center. So, what does this mean to HRC’s? Well, REO’s are soon to be flowing. For those of us that have worked with Titanium in the past and have developed a good relationship with them, I suspect we will reap the benefits of our hard work. Once again, I can’t endorse this company enough. They have always represented themselves honestly and sincerely. So far, when they say they are going to do something, it has come true. Not to mention, the customer service they offer is great and the people all seem to be on the same page. If you are not with Titanium inc yet. I suggest you get on board ASAP! For more information on Titanium, call me or shoot me an email and I will hook you up or, just go to their website www.Titaniuminc.com and follow the instructions provided. By the way, don’t forget to let them know you are with REOPro, and if you want, you can drop my name…..lol (not that it will get you anywhere…..ROFLMAO)

  • I love working with Titanium, is anyone else still having problems with the Website?
also, from what i heard the REO's will begin mid summer?
  • Hi Donna:

If you go to their website and click on the "RealEstate Professionals" in the left margin, then click the "learn more and how to apply". From there, you can skip the intro and on the next screen, click your state. From there, you will see your Area Manager and have thier direct email and phone contact information. Just call or email them and i am sure they will be more than helpful. If you don't get anywhere from there, let me know.
  • Hi Jesse, I too went to their website and signed up but I havent gotten any response. Do you have an inside connection?
  • I completed the training today - but I think I am required to do a webinar? A friend of mine works with TS and said they pay well and on time. I am excited to start because according to my area manager they really need an agent in my area. Of course, that was before I paid the $100
  • I went to their website and filled out the request form about 2 weeks ago and got no response
  • I love doing TS assignments! It's a great way to generate additional income, get leads, and most of all, help out the homeowners that really don't know how to proceed. I love what they are doing to the company for the future and their dedication to helping not only the homeowners, but the HRC's that are on the front lines.
  • Please join our linkedin.com group as well, the "unofficial Titanium Solutions" group. We are growing and it always pays to network!
  • I'm so excited, I just got linked up with Titanium and got my first assignment! I don't mind doing short sales and I understand that working them doesn't always pan out, but I have been able to help some people. That is the whole premise behind Titanium and I think its great!
  • Jessie,

We couldn't agree more about Titanium's business practice and professionalism. We have completed 15 HRC assignments and so far have 5 listings with a potential of 3 more. Some of these homeowners have more than one home. In our market 1 in 54 homes are in distress. One assignment lead to 4 listings. The key is adding them to your database and following up. You never know unless you ask.

We are hopefully anticipating receiving BPO and then REO assignment by our association with Titanium by next year. The key we have found is being professional, caring, and persistant. Developing repore with the great staff at Titanium doesn't hurt either.

Thanks Jessie for letting us know about Titanium. It has made a difference already.
  • Jesse...make sure you join the Unofficial Titanium Solutions Group on linked in. We are also having great success with Titanium. It's a great source of leads.
