Ok, first off….I am not going to share this agents information with you. If he wants to speak up…he can. In other words, don’t ask….lol. I just got an email from Christian Broadwell with Realty Pilot alerting me to the fact that one of our members got a BPO and in return the REO. Now, so that we are clear, this isn’t a “REOPro” assignment so much it was a bank who has been using the Realty Pilot for some time and noticed their coverage is growing…ie, REOPro members and happened to release a BPO to that Zip Code where this member snatched it up, completed it and in return that bank asked him if he wanted the REO. My point is, Realty Pilot is working for our members and yes, it wasn’t a “REOPro” assignment however, the way the system is set up, you as a member could get any assignment for any of the partner banks that Realty Pilot is already working with. Yes, REOPro will be assigning BPOs, REOs and Short Sales soon but, in the meantime, you could potentially get assignments from other cooperating servicers, asset management companies and lender who have their own Asset Management divisions. Don’t forget, on December 16, Realty Pilot will be launching their “Activity Counter” so you as agents can also see where assignments are and how much business is going out per zip code. This is a revolutionary concept in this industry and really puts more power in the decisions making process back into the agents hand. Good luck guys and if you’re not signed up yet, I highly, strongly encourage you to do so. I fully expect REOPro ourselves will be sending out business soon. I know soon is such an ambiguous term but, that is all I can say now without spilling too many beans. Just know, I am completely confident this is going to happen and it’s just a matter of hammering down technology, which Realty Pilot is working very hard at doing.

  • I attended today's webinar (another one is available on Thursday). The site looks really user friendly. I have used res.net, realtrans, and many companies independent sites, which are all fine. What I liked best about Realty Pilot is the upper corner feedback button. If as a user/agent you think something can be tweaked to make it more user friendly, you just click & comment. I joined and am looking forward to saving alot of time using this system.
  • Johnny, I currently have a listing from kondaur from having done one of those free BPO's
  • If you have questions about coverage...please see the following blog....http://reopro.ning.com/profiles/blogs/56-we-need-80
    56% we need 80%
Hi Members, Christian Broadwell of Realty Pilot has reviewed our coverage for the asset companies and we have a good start. The coverage we are miss…
  • Hi Jesse,
Do you know if they are going to have business in Miami, Florida??
  • Thank you Christian, I will check it out.
  • The site is www.realtypilot.com and cost is $29.95 per month for residential with the first month set as a free trial membership. There are no term contracts.
  • Where do you go for this and is there a cost? Sorry to sound uninformed, but I am.
  • I would like to comment on a couple of questions below. The Realty Pilot system acts as a management tool first and has grown into a platform for asset companies to use freely. We are working on adding many more banks and asset companies. This is one of the most complete up to date databases out there that offers contact information, managing BPO's and the capability to receive assignments. If you sit and wait, it may be 30 or more days before the first assignment comes your way but contacting a local bank and asking if they use Realty Pilot is a proactive way to win over an asset company. If they don't then introduce it to them and have the company contact the Realty Pilot team to set them up as a REOPRO asset company in our system. When it is free, there is no better way than saving a company thousands and sometimes 10's of thousands of dollars and the agent becomes their best friend.

Remember, all BPO's you may be completing in other systems can be tracked in our system. Also our next upgrade will offer the automation and auto accept feature.

2 more points: please make any suggestions to the support link or to the suggestion box in the upper left hand corner. We will also be requesting for everyone to submit their MLS website so that we are assured to have as complete of coverage as possible. This will be a one time pop-up window
  • I haven't done any free BPO's either, however...just wondering if it's worth doing for certain companies (ie Kondaur).
  • Johnny.....where are these free BPOs coming from. FYI, I don't do free BPOs but, that is just me.
