Did 2 rush BPO's for this Company in the most dangerous area in South Florida and haven't been paid. It's been almost a year for the first BPO and it's been 8 months for the other. Anyone else have that problem with this Company (Brokerpriceopinion.com, a First Valuation Company)?? They keep blaming it on accounting. Anyone have any suggestions other than not doing anymore BPO'S for them (which I did stop after 2nd BPO)??

I just emailed Sarah at Sarah@firstvaluation.com, telling that I would file a complaint with the Attorney General if I do not receive a check by 3/16/2016.
I sent an email earlier this week to the person who contacted me back in January about when I could expect to see a check. Got a call yesterday saying that she was sorry and had been sick for the last 3 days and that a check would be going out right away. Sounds like another BS story from them. What do they have, one person working there?
Wow! Glad I saw this thread, but sorry that so many are having trouble. I've done 4 BPO's since last June, and have yet to be paid. I definitely don't like working for free. Contacting them again now.
They have owed me $170 for almost 4 years now. Three years ago I complained to the BBB of which they did respond and said that thy would make a "partial payment" that October. As figured it never happened. This last January out of the blue I got a call requesting an updated W9 as they supposedly had mailed out a check and it was returned. They needed the updated W9 so that they could mail out a new check. Funny thing is is that I have lived at the same address since 2008. Still haven't received a check. Just more lies I guess. Don't do business with BrokerPriceOpinion or under their new name unless you like working for free.
I wish the execs and those in charge of paying all the agents and brokers who have done work for this company could be rounded up and jailed. It is unacceptable that this company has been allowed to get away with not paying people who have done work for them.
They have lots of business but forget us when its time to pay. No need to wait years for payment when there are better companies out there. I have stopped doing for them for about a year since payment is so slow if ever.
I have never had a problem with Valuation Vision not paying...yes, they are one of the slowest, but I have always been paid. They always answer their phones and don't seem to avoid the situation.
Everyone should contact them at (303) 991-9919 and if we don't get paid, we go to Attorney General, FBI, etc..
I was "accounting issues" also, then it became the fault of mismanagement issues by new owner. It was ridiculous to have to beg for money owed my for over a year! I still cannot believe they are still doing "business".
They owe me for about $800 dating back October 2015. I have gotten the same response about being backed up. I was thinking that they were going to pay me eventually, but after seeing this blog I am not so sure. Has anyone gotten responses from the emails sent to them today????
I work with many bpo companies. There is another one besides Broker Price Opinion that I'm noticing is becoming a very slow payer. Company is Valuation Vision. Having to call and email. Just FYI. Proceed with caution.
