Did 2 rush BPO's for this Company in the most dangerous area in South Florida and haven't been paid. It's been almost a year for the first BPO and it's been 8 months for the other. Anyone else have that problem with this Company (Brokerpriceopinion.com, a First Valuation Company)?? They keep blaming it on accounting. Anyone have any suggestions other than not doing anymore BPO'S for them (which I did stop after 2nd BPO)??
Thank You for your input,

Hi Kevin,
I did bpo's for them years ago and quit once I finally got paid. A few years later they reached out to me again. Thinking they might have gotten their act together I agreed to do more. They haven't changed but I do always get paid. Here is the contact in accounting dept. Sarah@firstvaluation.com. I had to email her every month for an update on checks being mailed. She was helpful and eventually got paid. Hope this helps.
Before you accept an order from a stranger always check. There are numerous awful reviews.

That works with vendors and realtors.... Many agents promise they will pay your for service and do not pay.
I think as a community we should put and end to Companies that do not pay. If Banks get wind of it, they will not get any orders.
I'm surprised that you accepted work from this company much less that they are still in business. No hope on payment. BPO.com has been a deadbeat for years. Always do a search before accepting BPOs from a company you've never heard of or done work for before.
