  •  I can't really say what your odds are for getting listings if you sign up with any of the companies, but I can say that if you don't sign up then you surely won't get anything.
The cost for us is normally $649 but because you are on REOPro then it's $549 for you. This will get you the company registrations (we will enter your information, zip codes, upload all of your documents, etc) twice a year and anytime throughout the year we can update any new info (new lic, E&O, etc), marketing package and resume (created by me), and I am available to you for the entire year for consulting.

  • Tony, how much do you charge and what are the chances I will get reo listings? I live in the Nebraska area. You can email me back at judydooley1@yahoo.com. Thank you!
  • A lot of my clients have tried REO Lister only to use my services REO Warrior instead with the complaint that with REO Lister they ended up doing most of the work. I have excellent reviews and have always ensured that I am available to my clients. It's frustrating to me that some of these companies will take advantage of people and not do what they advertised. It hurts my business and it hurts the industry. You are doing the right thing by doing your homework. For the record I do what REO Lister does and much more for only $549 for REOPro members.

  • Hey Nancye,  I usually Google the company's name and add the words "complaints' or "scam" to see what comes up and go from there.  Many times I see scams out there associated with the name and will read more negative comments to find out what the company's about.  In my experience, I have found that I am getting more business, with regards to bpos, from companies that don't have fees attached to their application.   I hear of a lot of agents dishing out hard earned money to some of these companies that promise work, take your money, and you never hear from them again.  As much as I try and do my due diligence, I still have my weak moments, take the risk, get burned, and then question myself as to why I did it.  In all honesty,  I don't think there's an agent out there that wouldn't pay double if they knew it was a sure.  Ok...I am sound to pessimistic right now..so I will just leave it at that.  Again, Google it with key words and see what comes up.
