I threatened to report them to the BBB plus faxed them, emailed them and left them voicemails over and over. I became the squeaky wheel until they couldn't deny me.

I spoke to a man in charge at the time but it has been awhile, I think his name was Simon and I had to be very stern with him. I made several phone calls and had to threaten them. They did keep a large cancellation fee... I think it was $175 or so but just don't recall.
