Hi Naomi -- somehow I missed your question to my blog about the RDC Pro certification. To answer your question, I think it may be more specific than anyone that is not actually selling REOs & doing BPOs may need. It certainly wouldn't hurt, but is pretty in-depth where I would think someone not actully selling them wouldn't need such detail.
