Start by going to the REO/BPO signup link at the top right of the page. Just start signing up for BPO's. Don't go after REO's until after you have experience with BPO's. Once you have 40-50 completed than go after the REO's. A BPO and a CMA are very different, so get a good feel for what the banks want. The door to REO's is through BPO's!
