  • I would try to push with the Bank Agent that the seller can't and will not sign a note. Try to show the Bank Agent the Advantage of taking the short sale with no note. If that doesn't work See if the Buyers would pay a little bit more for the home. If they are asking for a 16k note they will most likly let you increase the sale price 8k and have no note at all. But first I would fight to not have a note. Is there MI on this mortgage?
