Dear Stephen,

Thank you for the invitation. I went to your website and registered this evening. I am however a little leery of any invitation that comes with a price tag of $295. It is hard to get excited, after handing $500 over to REOTrans/ Equator for similar opportunities and getting absolutely nothing, except additional monthly fees associated with the purchase of zip codes. I'm sure you can understand my hesitation, considering the abundance of IT graduates out there, putting together websites and charging fees for membership.

What I will commit to you is the following: If you are truly looking for a strong team in Seminole county, or even Orange or Osceola county, you will NOT have to look for another company to service these counties. Second and just as important, upon a written guarantee that we will receive acceptable assignments, we will be more than happy to pay your company's fee of $295.
