    I am going to the REO expo in June. Any advise to get the most out it? Also I asked one of the asset managers who recently chose me on one of the main pay sites why he chose me. I also asked if I where to pay for an upgraded position if it would help. His answer was that they mainly looked at the BIO's so upgrading or being certified for this and that made little difference. I know you have the upgraded version on some portals, and are very sucessful at getting new assignments. What do you think? I have had 90% of my REO inherited from an agnet who could no longer handle the business. I find this is the case with most major REO players. I have great relationships with my current asset managers and have been recommended twice. I have also never been re assigned. Even still It seems like I am spinning my wheels trying to get new business on my own. Any older posts you can point me to or advice would be great on these matters.

  • Does anyone know of any good programs/software to input who you are completing BPO's for, when thy are due, how much will be given for the BPO, and anticipated payment received date.

    Please ask the experts (AM) for me.:
    I have a question concerning the so called "tenants".  A couple just moved into the property in Jan. 2011, knowing full well that the property was being put up for sale as a short sale. They remain at the property after foreclosure. They have no signed lease. They seem to know all their legal rights. It's very suspicious. How do we go about handling this? Should we offer the cash for key anyway without questioning?
