  • Hi Jesse,

I'd like to know if REOPro will be offering the Certification class .. all these other designations/certification classes are beginning to sound like a blur to me and I want to put my money where I feel it will be worth it. Thanks!

  • Jesse, Any experience negotiating with Key Bank as a 3rd Position Lien Holder when

the Loan has been Charged Off? 1st position is B of A, Approved the SS pkg, 2nd position

is Chase, approved the SS pkg, however for the 2nd time, Key Bank has Refused to

respond in a Time frame that would allow us to close the SS!!  Please Advise.

  • Jesse, My sincerest apologies. I was viewing your website today and was surprised that I had not sent you a gift. I thought that I had sometime ago! Anyway, thanks for ALL you do.
  • Jesse, What am I doing wrong- my zip codes run off the page horizontally. It's very strange- I have gone in and made sure that they are entered correctly, commas in the right places and I am still getting this weird effect.

  • Has anyone experience with getting a ROV (Reconsideration of Value) on a VA appraisal that is too high on a short sale? It is $64,000 over value (it is in a cookie cutter area of homes so the value is obviously overpriced). Is the lender trying to say that the loan is insured and not willing to short sell and would rather go to foreclosure?

  • Jesse,

A question for BPO expert.  I was signed up with FARVV and was approved to get 10 orders at a time.  Build up great scores and after one year when it was time to renew the contract as Core Logic, noticed they need Commercial General Liability-covering liability arising from bodily injury, property damage and personal injury with limits of $1mil.  They also needed Business Auto Liability-of $1mil.  Dropped my relationship with them and started looking to work with other companies.  Problem is nobody keeps me busy enough and orders are dwindling.  I've been working with Clearcapital and Goodman Dean since 2008.  Now I signed up with newer ones and some of them are requesting that I become a certified NABPOP.  Does it really help increase volume?

  • Jesse,   I do have a question.

In a shortsale. If there is no impound account, delinquent taxes are due, will the bank pay taxes to close? What is normal procedure? If it goes to foreclosure the bank is forced to pay.

  • I am very interested in working REO and have been doing all the right things but still haven't broken in.  I'm on REOPro, RES.net, Equator, have been performing BPOs for all of the major companies since 2008, and have attempted to network.  Any other suggestions?  I am a seasoned agent with 18 years, sit on committees for my local board, have sold seizure properties for the US District Court, so have quite a bit of background on successfully marketing all types of properties.  Anything you can suggest would be appreciated.  Terry Brand, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL
  • Jessee-  I have a question for Asset Managers.  I carry E&O for $300K each incident and $1M Aggregate.  Is that enough for REOs?  How about Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac & HUD?
  • Hi Jesse.  I probably spend 2 hours per day signing up with different REO companies.  This has been going on for a year.  I make calls, I sign up, I send emails, I send my resume.  What can I do?  I work with Chase, Aurora and Goodman Dean, but I only get 1 or 2 a year from them and have to pay a 35% referral fee.  Help me :)
