  • task management- allows all user to assign task per file to all associated users (client, agent, branch manager, back office employee) EMail and Text message reminder are sent on reminder day/time.

    File tracking- Detailed file management allows for multiple search and sort by file type, status, sub-status, sale date, assigned user, last updated date, lender name, etc... and exportable to Excel,.

    API integration is easy if the banks want to play ball. They tend to give the cold shoulder if they don't know you.
  • 1. Asset Management- I would need to know what features you are referring to specifically. Our system was designed to be open, flexible, and customizable, so it can serve multiple purposes and business types.

    2. We have outgoing email functionality with auto-generated document/package functionality. However, the system does not have any API integration directly with any banks or servicers. It is possible for a bank/servicer or any entity to use our system, which would allow "branches", "agents", and homeowners to submit and track file status online, through private labeled portals.

    3. We charge per user, not per transaction. Prices range from as low as $25 per user to around $50 per user- it all depends on how many users in an organization. Note: We have unlimited agent functionality too!

    Great to meet you at the Bridge conference. I'm so glad to be part of REOpro - learning stuff all the time even though I've been in the biz 27 years! That's what I love about RE.
