  Jesse, this is a question for an AM.
  I have listed and sold out several muti family projects for several local banks. (Conversion condominiums, and own home sites) How do present myself to AM's so I dont look like I can't do both. I do not have any recent single family REO's but with our bank owned project listings I have sold over 60 bank owned units in the last 9 months? I dont have any certifications either, but have marketed and sold 200 projects over 25 years. Confused on how to position myself and our team. Would love to hear your thoughts or your Asset Managers.
