How do I leave a message for the asset manager. I have tons of clients, that call when a property is about to be foreclosed at the court house steps. Is there any way to buy them immediately after the forecloser. It would save the bank time in marketing, but how do I pursue this option. All my buyers would pay more than the auction price in most cases. I even could get hard money so the banks would be paid immediately.
