  I am a practicing Realtor in Frisco/North Dallas specializing in Loss Mitigation/Loan Mods and REO properties. I have a 96% short sale success rate having performed approx 38 successful short sales. I have always performed in the top 3% of sales in my chosen field. Besides my prominent responsibilities I worked with and trained first yr Account Managers in sales strategies, territory management and CRM software. I will on occasion teach a class on short sales and Loan Mods, pending MCE approval.

  Hi I see tags below discussions and comments or questions posted by agents. I dont know how to add them on my page; is it necessary to add them so that you can be found?
  I know I am asking too much but can you pls visit my page and look up my profile and let me know if everything looks Ok? Should i cut down some personal stuff from there and have a more sales pitch there for the AM's to notice me? The reason i have put it in there because i know I stand out different due to my dress and people always are curious because not everyone knows about everything in the world. So I feel that if I share it with others, they get educated and rather than assuming all sorts of things, they know exactly where i come from and that what i wear does not affect my performance.
  
  Pls provide feedback and tips of what I can and cannot do and what your thoughts are.
